trial period, not including shipping time, on Standard saddles.
Standard saddles are catalogue saddles that are not customized
in any way. A Standard saddle can be returned for a refund
minus a $125.00 restocking fee.
* One year warranty on workmanship. 5 year warranty on pommel
and cantle.
Custom
Saddle Orders
If your saddle
is a custom order it can not be returned for a refund. Sports Saddle Inc. warrants the saddle for problems with workmanship or materials.
Custom orders start at 100.00 over the price of catalog
saddles, plus the regular price of all custom items.
If you decide you do not want your custom saddle, the company
will try to do one of the following:
A. You can send the saddle back to Sports Saddle Inc. (at your
expense) and pay the company to do necessary alterations
to bring the saddle back to (regular catalog) specs if possible, or,
B. Send the saddle back to Sports Saddle Inc. to put
it on the in-stock list to sell the saddle for you,
but you may have to discount the price to get it sold. Custom
saddles can be difficult to re-sell depending on the extent
of customizing that has been done. There will be a 10% charge
on the selling price of the saddle for this service.
If you receive your custom saddle and decide you want something
changed or further customized, Sport Saddle Inc. will try to
work with you, but any additional work will be at your expense.

To Order Saddles or Accessories
With a
phone call, the old-fashioned way. When you've made your choices,
or need help with them, call Gerri at (614) 837-7299 Eastern
Standard Time, Ohio. Europeans are 5 to 7 hours ahead of Ohio
time.
Sports Saddles, Inc. requires your inseam, upper-thigh size,
height and weight with your order to ensure proper seat size.
If you are from outside the US, we need this information in
English units, not Metric.
Or, you
can send email to gerri@ridetreeless.com with
your wish list. Regarding email... it's not always reliable. If you don't get a response the next day, then your email probably didn't get through. So in that case give a call instead.
Visa, Mastercard, or
Personal Checks are accepted. Checks, along with your request,

For saddles, one-half
down is due at the time you place your order. The second half
of the payment is drawn on your credit card about one week before
the saddle is shipped.
Build-time on Standard
and Express Orders
Non-Express orders (standard
and custom builds) and Express orders use the standard UPS
delivery schedule. The UPS delivery schedule is usually
five days, not counting weekends. UPS does not ship on Saturday
and Sunday.
Non-Express orders take 8 to 10 weeks
on the average.
Express orders take 30 business days.
The fee is $100.00 for Express orders. The clock starts
the Monday after you place your order with us. The delivery
phase begins 30 business days later. Allow 3 to 6 days shipping
depending on where you are in the country.
